Landry Shamet draws start, does little with 27 minutes

Landry Shamet ended up with five points (2-6 FG, 1-4 3Pt), three assists, one rebound, and one block across 27 minutes in the Clippers 126-111 victory over the Mavericks on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact:
Patrick Beverley missed this game with a calf issue and it was Shamet, not Reggie Jackson, who started in his place. While Shamet didn't play all that well it's telling that he logged 27 minutes to Jackson's 15. Pat Bev is still day-to-day and is slated to miss at least one more game. Shamet and Jackson will continue to jockey for playing time but neither one is a hot fantasy commodity.
