T.J. Warren to undergo surgery on left foot, out indefinitely

Sources tell ESPN that Indiana Pacers F T.J. Warren will undergo surgery on his left foot to repair a stress fracture and will be out indefinitely.
Fantasy Impact:
Warren was already battling plantar fasciitis in his right foot, and now he goes down with a stress fracture in his left foot. Brutal blow for Pacers fans and fantasy managers, as he's without a timetable for return. G Aaron Holiday started in place of Warren today but expect his brother Justin Holiday and Doug McDermott to get more minutes in Warren's absence.
