Powell extended his double-digit scoring streak to 16 games in Wednesday’s loss. Kyle Lowry (ankle) returned from a four absence on Wednesday, but Powell remained in the starting lineup and logged 33 minutes. The 27-year-old guard has been productive in February, averaging 21.4 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.4 steals and 2.8 triples across 33.2 minutes. Powell will try to extend his double-digit scoring streak to 17 games when the Raptors host the Rockets on Friday.
