In a shocker, Scottie Barnes has been selected with the fourth pick in the 2021 NBA Draft by the Toronto Raptors. (Shams Charania on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Barnes flew up draft boards over the course of the last few weeks, so much so that he was picked fourth overall. He averaged just 10.3 points per game last year at Florida State, but his ability to defend 1-through-5 and pass the ball effectively make him an intriguing prospect in the Raptors development system.
