Darius Bazley underwhelms in loss to the Warriors

Darius Bazley totaled seven points (3-7 FG, 0-3 3PT, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one block in the Thunder’s 106-98 loss to the Warriors on Tuesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Bazley underwhelmed in the Thunder’s loss to the Warriors, as he was unable to tap into the promising upside we experienced last year when he averaged 31.2 minutes of playing time, 13.7 points, 7.2 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 0.5 steals, and 0.5 blocks while shooting 39.6 percent from the floor and 29.0 from beyond the arc. Yes, these first few games haven't been a cakewalk, as we can tell from the team's dismal record, however with his newly secured role in the rotation, it wouldn't be out of place to expect a bit more from the third-year pro. His upside, price-point, and foreseeable low ownership could make him an ideal buy-low candidate to add to your lineups.
