Stephen Curry scores 23 points in win over the Suns

Stephen Curry totaled 23 points (8-20 FG, 6-11 3PT, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, and five assists in the Warriors’ 118-96 win over the Suns on Friday.

Fantasy Impact:

Curry scored 23.0 points in the Warriors win over the Suns, rebounding with a solid performance after being tremendously limited in their first game on November 28th. It was an exciting game to watch as it took a full team effort from the Warriors to come out with the victory. Curry did his thing as usual and allowed others to contribute in the process. As the team continues to get in sync, more players may continue to step up, which could inadvertently limit some of Curry's volume. Although he can still make his bones not being the sole person responsible for the team's production, it could impact how he is leveraged as you compose your fantasy roster. If this trend does occur, you will be hoping for 50.0 point or more fantasy performances to pay off his elite price-point, which could be risky even given his talent. You are still considering Curry anytime the Warriors are on the slate, but be sure to keep in mind that this team is beginning to round out nicely, which could mean more rounding out of his needed production.
