Caruso has been downgraded from questionable to out for Wednesday's Game 5. This is a huge blow to the Bulls who will also be without Zach Lavine (protocols) down 3-1 in the series. Look for Ayo Dosunmu and Coby White to have increased workloads in Caruso's absence.
