Ousmane Dieng showcases ability in win over Memphis

by Dan Tursky | Thunder Correspondent | Sun, Apr 9th 11:00pm EDT

Ousmane Dieng started and scored 22 points (8-15 FG, 2-8 3P, 4-5 FT) to go with eight rebounds, nine assists, a steal, and a block across 45 minutes in a Thunder 115-100 win over the Grizzlies on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact:

With Oklahoma City resting all of their starters on Sunday, Dieng had nearly a full game to operate, and he certainly impressed. There were a handful of times during the course of the season that the 19-year-old Frenchman flashed his upside, and Sunday's effort reemphasized that notion. Dieng will not see much, if any, run during the postseason, but he could very well find himself both a real-life and fantasy factor next season.
