Fantasy Impact:

Edey, who underwent surgery on his left ankle in June to repair and restabilize it after a sprain during offseason training, has reinjured the ankle, which is certainly concerning. However, the Memphis Grizzlies announced he is expected to make a full recovery with a period of offloading and rehab. Since returning, Edey has been outstanding in 11 games, averaging 13.6 points, 11.1 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 1.9 blocks in 25.8 minutes per game. With him sidelined, Jock Landale is likely to step in as the team’s starting center, while Santi Aldama will see increased minutes off the bench.
