Anthony Davis returns to score 24 in Pelicans' win

After missing two games due to a bruised back, Davis returned against the Kings to score 24 points (8-of-23 FG, 7-of-8 FT, 1-of-2 3PT) in 37 minutes. He also managed to add 10 rebounds, three assists and two steals while helping New Orleans snap a four-game losing streak.
Fantasy Impact:
Other than an inefficient night shooting the ball, Davis played well after returning from injury. As long as he gets the minutes, Davis will continue to put up top-10 fantasy numbers, and while that's not quite as impressive as his No. 1 ADP lead many to expect out of him, it's hard to complain too much. The plethora of minor injuries and how poorly the Pels have played this season certainly have to do with the relatively modest season he's had so far. Fortunately for owners, modest numbers for Davis are still pretty great, so make sure to monitor his health leading up to Friday's game, just in case, but expect to play the big man moving forward.
