Eagles offensive tackle Cameron Williams (shoulder) practiced in full on Thursday. (Source: Zach Berman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: The Eagles' sixth-round pick in 2025, Williams has yet to make his NFL debut. His full participation bodes well for his season debut in Week 15 against the visiting Raiders.
Brandon Graham (groin) was officially limited at practice on Wednesday. (Source: Philadelphia Eagles on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Graham was able to practice through his groin injury on Wednesday and was officially a limited participant. He will have a good chance to play on Friday, which would be great news for Philadelphia's defense as a whole.
Reed Blankenship (thigh) was limited at practice on Wednesday. (Source: Philadelphia Eagles on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Blankenship's thigh injury left him limited at practice on Wednesday. It looks like he will have a good chance to play through it in Week 13, but we won't know his official injury designation until after practice on Thursday.
Xavier Gipson (shoulder) was sidelined at practice on Wednesday. (Source: Philadelphia Eagles on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: A shoulder injury forced Gipson to miss Philadelphia's practice on Wednesday, and his availability for Friday's game will be jeopardized because of it as well. The Eagles may be thin at wide receiver on Friday if him and Devonta Smith (shoulder/chest/illness) are ruled out ahead of game time.
Philadelphia Eagles rookie safety Andrew Mukuba suffered an ankle injury in Week 12 that requires surgery. It will be determined during surgery if he can return this season, though he is not expected to miss time in 2026. (Source: Jeremy Fowler on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Mukuba has performed well this season as a rookie, but he is a candidate for the injured reserve. If he can return, it will be important for Philly; he has an 81.0 PFF run-defense grade, though he has struggled in coverage (46.9). His single-high/box versatility will be missed while he remains out.

Cam Jurgens is listed as questionable for Week 12 against the Cowboys.
Fantasy Impact: Jurgens ended the week with a full practice on Friday. He is likely on the favorable side of questionable heading into Sunday.
The Eagles activated LB Nolan Smith Jr. from injured reserve. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Smith went down with a triceps injury back in Week 3. His return will be big for the Eagles defense heading into Monday's game against the Packers.
Eagles CB Jaire Alexander (knee/coach’s decision) has officially been ruled out for Week 10. (Source: Mike Garafolo on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact: Alexander will not travel with the team, which appears to be more of the coach’s decision than due to a knee injury. The veteran appeared in just two games for the Ravens before being dealt to the Eagles, and he will have to wait at least one more week before making his Eagles’ debut.

Adoree' Jackson (personal/concussion) did not take part in Philadelphia's practice on Friday. (Source: Philadelphia Eagles on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Jackson has been in the NFL's concussion protocols since before the team's bye week in Week 9, and he has yet to be cleared still. He is also dealing with a personal issue of some kind, so it looks like he may be sidelined for Monday's game against the Packers. Philadelphia's secondary will be operating at less than full capacity if that is the case.
The Eagles activated WR Darius Cooper from injured reserve. (Source: Jeff McLane on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Cooper had been designated to return earlier this week. He will be active on Sunday.
Jakorian Bennett has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Giants. (Source: Zach Berman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Bennett had his practice window opened earlier this week. He'll need to wait another week to be activated.
Quinyon Mitchell is off the injury report for Sunday's game against the Vikings. (Source: Dave Zangaro on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Mitchell was able to practice on Thursday. He should be a full-go in the Eagles secondary on Sunday.

Eagles OLB Ogbo Okoronkwo is believed to be done for the rest of the season after suffering torn triceps. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Okoronkwo suffered the injury in Sunday's win over the Buccaneers. It is a tough blow for the Eagles defense.
Tanner McKee (thumb) was limited at practice again on Thursday. (Source: Greg Auman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: McKee is still dealing with this thumb issue and was limited at practice because of it again on Thursday. His injury status for Sunday's game won't have any major fantasy implications at this point in the season.
Will Shipley (oblique) was a full participant at practice again on Thursday. (Source: Greg Auman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Shipley was a full participant for a second-straight practice on Thursday. It looks like he is nearly at full health after missing some time due to an oblique injury, and fantasy managers should expect him to play and re-assume his RB2 role behind Saquon Barkley in Week 4, barring any setbacks.
