ESPN's John Keim reports that Washington Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins is only willing to sign a long-term contract with the San Francisco 49ers. (ESPN)

The trade rumors have been swirling for a few weeks now, and it seems that the relationship between Cousins and the Redskins front office has only gotten more strained. A likely scenario in all of this is the Redskins tagging Cousins and then trading him to the 49ers. New 49ers head coach Kyle Shannahan seems high on Cousins, so this all makes too much sense. Where Cousins ends up is one of the more interesting storylines this offseason.
