Bryce Young: Panthers not ready yet to discuss extension

“I would say (Young) ascended last year and there is still room for him to ascend,” Tilis told reporters when asked about an extension. “His ceiling is currently unknown and I think that is exciting for us. He’s working hard to get himself there.” After leading the Panthers to the playoffs last season, Young will look to take another step forward as a passer.
