Brock Bowers Week 9 Outlook - Jaguars at Raiders

Brock Bowers has been a headache all season. The superstar sophomore TE has had a tough season dealing with injuries. To make matters worse, instead of shutting him down, the Raiders let him play through it. Not only did this worsen his injury, but it also led to fantasy managers feeling obliged to play a hindered Bowers for multiple weeks. This week he should return, and is hopefully be fully recovered from his knee injury. If that is the case, he is a must-start in all formats. The Jaguars currently have an elite linebacker in Devin Lloyd, who missed the last game with an injury. If he happens to miss another week, Bowers' ceiling gets even higher for Week 9.
