Fantasy Football Player Notes

Cam Ward has been a miserable disappointment this season as the QB27 in fantasy points per game. I was worried about Ward this preseason as the all-22 film scared the crap out of me. Nothing Ward has done in the regular season has made me feel any better. Among 31 qualifying passers, Ward has the fourth-fewest yards per attempt, the ninth-lowest CPOE and passing success rate, the second-lowest highly accurate throw rate, and the eighth-highest turnover-worthy throw rate. I don't see Ward turning his season around this week. Baltimore has allowed the ninth-fewest yards per attempt, the 13th-lowest passing success rate, and the fourth-fewest fantasy points per dropback. Ward is a sit weekly until he shows some glimmer of hope.
