Fantasy Impact: Neal will initially join Washington's practice squad to provide depth at running back. The second-year pro was released by the Vikings last week. After being selected in the sixth round of last year's NFL Draft, Neal played in 10 games for the Saints last season, rushing for over 200 yards and a couple of touchdowns on 57 carries. He also displayed pass-catching ability, securing 17 of 19 targets for 104 yards.

Fantasy Impact: Harrison had worn out his welcome in Arizona, and will now be reunited with his college QB. He will look to rebuild his value with his new team, and hopefully provide a viable No.2 target behind Nico Collins. As for the likes of Jaylin Noel, Xavier Hutchinson, Tank Dell, and the injured Jayden Higgins, this will certainly cap their ceilings.

Fantasy Impact: Bryant recently suffered an ankle injury, and it is serious enough that the team is placing him on short-term injured reserve. That means that he will be sidelined for the next four weeks at least, but it sounds like he's expected to make his return sometime not too long after that. Troy Franklin and Courtland Sutton are both likely to see more work for the Broncos for the foreseeable future in his absence.
