While the 2025 NFL regular season is still several weeks away, now is the time to start preparing for redraft leagues. Many factors go into fantasy players winning their redraft league every year. However, the top factor is drafting players at a value.
Let’s look at six of my favorite draft values based on CBS ADP for redraft leagues.

Best Fantasy Football Draft Values: CBS Leagues
Justin Fields (NYJ) – ADP 113.75 | QB12
While Fields is a below-average NFL starting quarterback, he is an underrated fantasy option because of his rushing abilities. The former Ohio State star averaged 18.9 fantasy points per game over the first six weeks of last season as the starter for the Pittsburgh Steelers. That average would have made him the QB8 on a points-per-game basis in 2024. More importantly, Fields was productive in his last year as the unquestioned starter, ranking as the QB9 on a points-per-game basis in 2023 among quarterbacks with at least nine games played.
RJ Harvey (DEN) – ADP 50.25 | RB21
Many were shocked when the Broncos selected Harvey in the second round of the NFL Draft, as most mock drafts had him as a Day 3 pick. He had at least 1,400 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns in back-to-back seasons to end his college career. More importantly, the other three running backs drafted by Sean Payton in the top 100 picks were Reggie Bush, Mark Ingram, and Alvin Kamara. While the potential addition of J.K. Dobbins impacts his fantasy outlook, Harvey could still be the second-highest-scoring rookie running back.
Quinshon Judkins (CLE) – ADP 70.75 | RB28
Fantasy players might want to avoid Judkins and the Browns’ entire offense during their drafts this season. While the passing attack lacks fantasy upside, don’t discount the rookie running back’s value. Judkins had at least 1,000 rushing yards and 14 touchdowns every year in college. Head coach Kevin Stefanski wants to have a run-heavy offense, especially with limited options at quarterback. Therefore, expect Judkins to be the team’s new Nick Chubb. The veteran averaged 16.4 half-point PPR fantasy points per game over his last three healthy seasons in Cleveland.
Jordan Addison (MIN) – ADP 69.75 | WR33
After a successful rookie year, Addison was outstanding last season with Sam Darnold under center. He was the WR20, averaging 12.1 half-point PPR fantasy points per game, positing a higher average than Jaxon Smith-Njigba (11.9). Furthermore, Addison is one of the NFL’s top touchdown scorers. He had 10 touchdowns on 108 targets in 17 games as a rookie. Last season, the star receiver had nine receiving touchdowns on 99 targets in 15 games. After ranking top 10 in receiving touchdowns in back-to-back years, I’m all in on Addison in 2025.
Ricky Pearsall (SF) – ADP 87.25 | WR43
San Francisco traded away Deebo Samuel earlier this offseason. While Jauan Jennings was the team’s most consistent wide receiver in 2024, Pearsall is the one fantasy players should draft despite a rocky rookie year. Unfortunately, Pearsall missed the first six weeks recovering from a gunshot during an attempted robbery during the preseason. Yet, the former Florida star shined when getting the ball. He averaged 18.6 half-point PPR fantasy points per game in the three contests with six or more targets, scoring three receiving touchdowns. Pearsall is my favorite breakout candidate.
Dalton Kincaid (BUF) – ADP 148.25 | TE17
Some had high hopes for Kincaid last season after the Bills traded away Stefon Diggs. Unfortunately, he fell well short of expectations, finishing as the TE28, averaging 6.1 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. Furthermore, Kincaid dealt with multiple injuries, including a knee issue that the team later admitted that they should have shut him down over. Therefore, I’m giving him another chance in 2025. Buffalo still lacks a go-to wide receiver, meaning Kincaid could lead the team in targets and touchdowns, making him one of my favorite post-hype sleepers.
