NFL DFS Lineup Advice: Best Stacks (Week 15)

We’re past bye weeks and onto the most loaded, high-stakes slates of the 2025 NFL season in Week 15. There are divisional matchups galore on Sunday, with every win and loss changing the playoff race in each conference.

Three specific games caught my eye based on the matchup and point total oddsmakers have assigned. We’ll visit an AFC East title clash between the Bills and Patriots, an AFC North rivalry game between the Ravens and Bengals, and finish with an NFC East tilt featuring the Commanders and Giants.

NFL DFS Week 15: Best DFS Stacks

Buffalo Bills vs. New England Patriots

Buffalo’s seeking revenge after losing 23-20 at home to New England in Week 4. The Patriots hold a two-game lead for the AFC East title, so expect the Bills to deploy star running back James Cook for 20-25 touches in this game.

Cook has had a monster fantasy campaign. He’s averaging over 18.5 fantasy points per game, so even against a Patriots’ run defense that is the second toughest matchup for opposing running backs, Cook’s explosiveness and versatility make him worth the price of admission in DFS lineups.

Instead of a traditional stack with QB Josh Allen, who is the most expensive player to roster in this game, let’s pivot to Allen’s favorite target, WR Khalil Shakir. Shakir has not logged more than four targets in three of his past four games, which is why he’s available at a discount.

Shakir’s the definition of a boom-bust player, with a potentially high ceiling, depending on the matchup and game script. New England is pedestrian against opposing wideouts, ranked 18th, so let’s stack Shakir with Cook.

We’ll wrap up with a value play on TE2 Dawson Knox. Dalton Kincaid‘s return in Week 14 against the Bengals still allowed Knox to thrive, finishing with 6-93 on seven targets. Between $3K to $5K on DraftKings and FanDuel, Knox should be plugged into lineups in a top-eight matchup.

Let’s wrap up with New England’s second-year quarterback, Drake Maye. He’s elevated himself in the NFL MVP conversation, throwing with accuracy and making minimal mistakes. Hunter Henry has been Maye’s favorite target, garnering over a 24 percent target share in the Patriots’ previous three games played.

Buffalo is the toughest fantasy matchup for tight ends. Despite this metric, I’ll gladly recommend stacking Maye-Henry for a much cheaper tandem than Allen-Kincaid.

Baltimore Ravens vs. Cincinnati Bengals

Joe Burrow and Lamar Jackson go head-to-head for the second time since Thanksgiving. Burrow’s return from injury spoiled Baltimore’s home game, so the Ravens will look to return the favor to cling to a slim playoff chance.

We’re moving right past Bengals star wideout, Ja’Marr Chase, who is even more expensive without Tee Higgins available due to a concussion. Instead, let’s stack Burrow with RB1 Chase Brown and WR2 Andrei Iosivas.

Brown had four targets and 12 carries in Week 14 against the Bills, scoring twice. Baltimore’s run defense is 19th, meaning Brown should have opportunities to record explosive plays for a short-handed Bengals offense. Iosivas was quiet against Buffalo but logged 9.9 fantasy points against the Ravens with Burrow, so let’s add him into this Bengals triple-stack.

Lamar Jackson and Mark Andrews have developed a tight rapport since being drafted in 2018. Jackson’s 2025 season has been marred with various ailments and injuries, meaning his rushing upside has been largely ignored. However, by inserting Andrews into a stack against Cincinnati’s league-worst defense against tight ends, we can squeeze some big production out of this duo.

Washington Commanders vs. New York Giants

It may be a meaningless, ugly game between a pair of divisional bottom feeders but the Commanders and Giants should be capable of trading touchdowns without much resistance in Week 15. Oddsmakers have set the total to 46.5 at MetLife Stadium.

Without fellow rookie running back Cam Skattebo, plus the firing of former head coach Brian Daboll, Jaxson Dart has cooled off a bit. His last start produced 13.6 fantasy points, ending a stretch of 27 or more fantasy points.

We’ll stay loyal to Dart, who finds himself in a top-five matchup against the Commanders defense this weekend. Dart is an excellent ball carrier on scrambles and designed runs, while his arm can turn pressure into a big gain downfield.

Let’s stack Dart with Giants WR1 Wan’Dale Robinson, who has at least eight targets in five straight starts. He’s capable of a 10-point floor, while going over 15 fantasy points in four games in 2025. Washington is a top-eight matchup for fantasy wideouts, so don’t hesitate to roster Robinson at under $6K on both DraftKings and FanDuel.

Devin Singletary has been used steadily as a receiver and ball carrier in relief of Cam Skattebo. Tyrone Tracy Jr. isn’t a dynamic player, so expect Singletary to potentially hit 17 fantasy points for the third time in his last four starts with a score against Washington’s bottom-tier run defense.

Marcus Mariota and Terry McLaurin will be our final stack for Week 15. The Commanders’ QB2 and WR1 have not had immense production together, however, the Giants’ pass defense is a top-five matchup for both quarterback and wideout.

McLaurin logged 19.1 fantasy points with Mariota against a stout Denver defense, before regressing with 5.6 points in a 31-0 shutout loss to Minnesota in Week 14. Expect somewhere in the middle, with a strong likelihood of 15 fantasy points from McLaurin. Mariota’s rushing ability is enough to warrant a cheap stack with him and Washington’s best skilled player against a favorable opponent like the Giants.
