Fantasy Football Mock Draft: 12-Team, PPR (2026)

In my latest mock using FantasyPros’ fantasy football mock draft simulator, I chose to draft from the fourth overall slot to avoid the tough decision between Jahmyr Gibbs and Bijan Robinson. By drafting fourth, I figured I wouldn’t have to make that decision.

While I did not have to make that decision, I was surprised one of them fell to me at pick 1.04. Let’s get into it.

Fantasy Football Mock Draft

1.04: Jahmyr Gibbs (RB – DET)

I was happy not to have to choose between Bijan Robinson and Jahmyr Gibbs; I was even happier when one of them fell to me here.

2.09: De’Von Achane (RB – MIA)

Another pleasant surprise was having De’Von Achane fall to me. Having him fall to the second half of the second round, with his average draft position (ADP) anywhere from 10-15, is crazy.

3.04: Brock Bowers (TE – LV)

Typically, in a full PPR league, I’d like to draft two pass-catchers in the first three rounds, but with Jahmyr Gibbs and De’Von Achane falling to me, I can nab one of the best pass-catchers in the NFL.

We have seen the Trey McBride breakout season, and now it’s Brock Bowers‘ turn. Bowers is primed for a huge season with upgrades at quarterback and play-caller.

4.09: Josh Jacobs (RB. GB)

Josh Jacobs‘ legal situation makes things a bit cloudy for the upcoming season, but it’s never a bad thing to stockpile running backs. Looking back, I could have taken Terry McLaurin or Luther Burden III.

5.04: Davante Adams (WR – LAR)

I finally grabbed a wide receiver; I typically do not wait this long to take my WR1, especially in a PPR league. While Davante Adams doesn’t receive a ton of volume, he is a touchdown machine.

6.09: Jordyn Tyson (WR – NO)

I don’t love that Jordyn Tyson is my WR2, but I got behind the eight-ball by taking three running backs in the first four rounds.

Tyson has enormous upside, especially inside a Kellen Moore offense. We are banking on a quick start for the rookie.

7.04: Tony Pollard (RB – TEN)

I am not going to lie, this is probably one of the most running back-heavy drafts I have ever done. But the value was too good to pass up. Tony Pollard averaged nearly six yards per carry and 100 yards per game over his final six games last season.

8.09: Ricky Pearsall (WR – SF)

It was a disappointing 2025 season for Ricky Pearsall, but he is set up nicely for a big 2026. George Kittle is coming off an injury. Jauan Jennings is gone. It’s safe to say Brandon Aiyuk won’t be returning to the team any time soon.

9.04: Blake Corum (WR – LAR)

Blake Corum is a league-winner if anything happens to Kyren Williams.

10.09: Dak Prescott (QB – DAL)

Dak Prescott may be one of the most underrated fantasy quarterbacks. He’s always near the top of the league in passing yards and touchdowns, and he should be one of the favorites to lead both categories once again in 2026.

11.04: Jake Ferguson (TE – DAL)

This was a bit of a reach, especially with Brock Bowers as my TE1, but I wanted some kind of Dak Prescott stack.

12.09: Rashid Shaheed (WR – SEA)

Rashid Shaheed is a pure home-run threat. He should see a little more action in 2-WR formations this season.

13.04: Omar Cooper Jr. (WR – NYJ)

FantasyPros notes that Omar Cooper Jr. “will likely be a fantasy WR4 to start his career” and should be a FLEX option, and highlights that he “is at his most dangerous in the slot.”

I don’t think the Jets spent a first-round pick on Cooper only to have him sit behind Adonai Mitchell for most of the season.

14.09: Tyler Shough (QB – NO)

I love taking a shot on Tyler Shough late in drafts. He will be playing in a fantasy-friendly, high-tempo offense under head coach Kellen Moore, with 11 of his 17 games indoors.

Shough is a dual-threat signal-caller with weapons all around him. Stacking him with Jordyn Tyson also helps.

15.04: Brandon Aubrey (K – DAL)

Brandon Aubrey is the best fantasy kicker in the league.

16.09: Cleveland Browns D/ST
