Fantasy Impact:
McCarthy reportedly "tweaked his shoulder" working in the weight room. Kershaw will pitch on four days rest, instead of the five that was initially scheduled. In his career, there's been no discernible difference in pitching on four days rest. The concern should be with McCarthy. It doesn't sound too serious, considering he's just being moved back one day. With that said, it is a tweak in the shoulder.
