Ryan Lavarnway hit a pinch-hit double in Tuesday's loss to the Cardinals. He later scored in that inning on a double by Corey Dickerson.
Fantasy Impact:
This was Lavarnway's first at-bat of the year in the big leagues. He came in when the game was out of hand and is nothing more than depth at the catcher position for the Pirates.
