Arizona Diamondbacks SP Zach Davies pitched 6 1/3 innings on Saturday, striking out six, walking two, and allowing three hits for zero earned runs in the Diamondbacks' 4-1 loss to the Rockies.
Fantasy Impact:
Davies was brilliant on Saturday nearly going for seven innings and striking out six on 104 pitches. Unfortunately for the Diamondbacks starting pitcher there was no help from his bullpen as he was unable to secure his second win of the year. The 29 year old now boasts an ERA of 3.34 and a WHIP of 1.21.
