Jon Gray (ND, 1-1) pitched five and a third innings and struck out two, allowing four runs on eight hits and a walk in Tuesday's 6-4 win over the Diamondbacks.
Fantasy Impact:
Another game, another low strikeout total for Gray. The veteran just does not look the same this season, and he can not seem to put batters away like usual. He currently possesses a 1-1 record with a 4.40 ERA, a 1.40 WHIP, and 19 strikeouts in 30.2 innings. He lines up to face the Mariners next week in Seattle, but at this point, it may be better off chasing upside and leaving Gray on the waiver wire, unless you are in the deepest of leagues.
