Kyle Wright signs one-year deal with Royals

The Royals signed Kyle Wright to a one-year $1.8 million contract.
Fantasy Impact:
The two sides were able to avoid arbitration. Wright missed all of last season following shoulder surgery in his first year with Kansas City. He'll compete for a role in the back-end of the Royals bullpen.
