Fantasy Impact:
Cubs skipper Craig Counsell called the MRI results "good news" before saying the club will wait until the weekend before making a decision on Suzuki's Opening Day availability. The slugger injured his right knee on a stolen base attempt with Japan at the World Baseball Classic. He is coming off a 2025 season in which he hit .245 with 32 home runs, five stolen bases, and an .804 OPS across 151 games.
