Triston Casas injured Friday, carted off the field

Triston Casas suffered an apparently leg injury and had to be taken off the field on a stretcher. (Mac Cerullo on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Casas appeared to suffer the injury when he landed on the first base bag and fell hard to the ground. He will undergo further testing, but Casas will likely miss some time. Romy Gonzalez would likely see the bulk of the playing time if Casas has to miss some time.
