Trevor Stephan activated from IL, optioned

The Guardians activated RHP Trevor Stephan off the 60-day injured list and optioned him to Triple-A Columbus.
Fantasy Impact:
Stephan officially makes his return from Tommy John surgery. He could be called up later in the season.
