The Texas Rangers placed Sam Haggerty on the 10-day injured list on Sunday due to inflammation in his left ankle. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Rangers manager Bruce Bochy said that Haggerty is experiencing inflammation in the same area that landed him on the injured list last month. The expectation is that he will return by the end of the month. In a corresponding move, Cody Freeman was recalled from Triple-A Round Rock.
