Abrams suffered a right shoulder injury while diving into third base in the 11th inning on Saturday. According to Nationals interim manager Miguel Cairo, Abrams is fine and was available to pinch-hit. Nasim Nunez played shortstop and batted eighth in his place, and Abrams's next opportunity to play is Monday against the Atlanta Braves.
