Jameson Taillon allowed one earned run on three hits and two walks while striking out eight over six innings in Saturday's victory against the Cardinals.

The right-hander continues an impressive stretch on the mound, allowing two runs or less in each of his last seven starts for the Cubs. After yesterday’s win, Taillon now has a 3.68 ERA and 1.06 WHIP to go with an 11-7 record across 23 starts this season.
