Twins right-hander Pablo Lopez is healthy and set for a normal offseason routine, according to president of baseball operations Derek Falvey. (Aaron Gleeman on Twitter)

Lopez missed significant time with a teres major strain in 2025 while a forearm strain ended his season in September. However, the right-hander is healthy again after posting a 2.74 ERA in 14 starts in 2025 despite his injury-riddled campaign.
