The Rockies optioned RHP Gabriel Hughes to Triple-A Albuquerque.
Fantasy Impact:
Hughes recently faced Team USA in an exhibition game. He went 1 2/3 innings and allowed four runs (two earned) on two hits. He'll open the season in Triple-A.
