David Festa (shoulder) begins throwing program

Festa was shut down in late February with a shoulder impingement and received an injection to address the issue. He threw at 60 feet Thursday and 75 feet Friday as he begins working his way back. (St. Paul Pioneer Press)
Fantasy Impact:
Festa is expected to open the season on the injured list, and with thoracic outlet syndrome diagnosed last September also in the background, the Twins are expected to take a cautious approach to his return.
