David Festa (shoulder) on IL amid layered injury concerns

Festa was diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome in September and is now dealing with a right shoulder impingement on top of that. He was shut down in late February, received an injection to address the impingement, and has only recently returned to throwing.
