Ezequiel Tovar goes deep in Saturday's loss to Marlins

Ezequiel Tovar went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run off of Marlins' starter, Eury Perez, during Colorado's 4-3 loss to Miami on Saturday.
Fantasy Impact:
Tovar worked on his swing mechanics during the offseason after a disappointing 2025 campaign that saw him hit .253 with nine home runs in 95 games. Tovar has recorded a hit in each of the first two games and is 2-for-8 on the young season. He hit a career-high 26 home runs in 2024 and appears poised to at least take a run at that number in 2026.
