Jose Soriano (2-0) went six scoreless innings and allowed just two hits and two walks while striking out for in Tuesday's 2-0 win over the Cubs.
Fantasy Impact:
Soriano has pitched six shutout innings in each of his first two starts on the young season, allowing just four hits with an 11:6 K:BB ratio. The righthander has limited the Astros and the Cubs - two teams with decent offenses - to a combined .105 batting average. Soriano couldn't have asked for a better start to the 2026 season - and fantasy owners who drafted him have to be quite pleased with his first two starts. He won't maintain this pace all season, but he's worth rostering in all formats.
