The Orioles placed RHP Zach Eflin on the 15-day injured list with right elbow discomfort.
Fantasy Impact:
Eflin left Tuesday's start early against the Rangers. He does not have a clear timetable to return. Albert Suarez had his contract selected to take his spot in the rotation.
