Nico Hoerner went 2-for-4 with a walk, two runs batted in, and a stolen base to help the Cubs to a 9-2 victory over the Rays on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Hoerner finished the day with a pair of singles and a walk while stealing his fifth base of the season, putting him in a tie for second in the National League in that category. Hoerner signed a six-year extension with the Cubs just before Opening Day and, thus far, is off to a great start. The 28-year-old is hitting .297 (11-for-37) and ranks sixth in the National League with a .438 OBP through 11 contests.
