Mickey Moniak doubles, swipes bag Friday
by David Leisering | Rockies Correspondent | Fri, Apr 17th 11:46pm EDT
Mickey Moniak went 1-for-3 with a double and scored the lone Rockies' run on Friday as the Dodgers defeated Colorado, 7-1.
Fantasy Impact:
Moniak had one of Colorado's two hits on the night against Dodgers' starter Tyler Glasnow and reliever Jack Dreyer. Moniak led off the bottom of the fourth with his double and then came in to score on a groundout from Troy Johnston. The Rockies' outfielder is hitting .261 (12-for-46) with five home runs and nine RBI through 14 games. Meanwhile, his stolen base was the first of the season as he's not a major threat to run. Moniak swiped a career-high nine bases last year.
