Framber Valdez allowed one run on three hits over six innings with seven strikeouts and two walks in a win on Sunday against the Red Sox.

Valdez allowed a first inning home run to Willson Contreras. He was able to settle in the rest of the day en route to a win in a quality start. He'll take a 3.30 ERA into his next start against the Reds.
