Esteury Ruiz entered the game in the eighth inning as a pinch runner for Kyle Stowers, stole third base and later came around to score in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Washington Nationals.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite not starting in two of the last three games for the Miami Marlins, he has stolen a base in three straight games and swiped four bags during that span. He's clearly a threat on the basepaths and could be an intriguing option in category leagues for managers looking to boost stolen bases if he were to earn more consistent playing time.
