Anthony Kay allowed two earned runs on six hits and two walks while striking out four over six innings in Thursday’s win over the Royals.
Fantasy Impact:
Kay has offered mixed results on the mound, three or more earned runs in three of his last six starts. The left-hander has been one of the more inconsistent options in the White Sox rotation for manager Will Venable, posting a 4.61 ERA and 1.54 WHIP with a 3-1 record and 1.53 K/BB ratio through nine appearances.
