Mike Trout homers in Tuesday loss to Athletics

Mike Trout went 1-for-3 with a home run, two walks, and two runs batted in on Tuesday during the Angels' 14-6 loss to the Athletics.
Fantasy Impact:
Trout connected on a pitch from Jacob Lopez for a solo home run to lead off the third inning and to get the Angels on the scoreboard. It was his 12th home run of the season, but his first since May 5, as he had been slumping at the plate. In fact, since his homer on May 5, Trout is now 7-for-44 (.159) which has dropped his average to .235 for the season. He does rank third in the American League with 43 walks and is fourth in runs scored with 34. His 12 home runs puts him in a tie for eighth in the AL.
