Kyle Stowers launches two homers in loss to Atlanta
by Nicholas Rodriguez | Marlins Correspondent | Fri, May 22nd 4:31am EDT
Kyle Stowers went 2-for-4 with two home runs, two runs scored and two RBI in Thursday's 9-3 loss against the Atlanta Braves.
Fantasy Impact:
Stowers launched a pair of solo home runs on Thursday, though it was not enough for the Miami Marlins as the pitching staff surrendered nine runs in the loss. While Miami has struggled recently, Stowers has been one of the few bright spots, extending his hitting streak to five games. During that stretch, he has gone 6-for-18 with two home runs, one double, three walks, five runs scored, five RBI and a stolen base. After a slow start to the season while working his way back from a hamstring injury, Stowers appears to be rounding back into the form fantasy managers became accustomed to seeing in 2025. He owns a .240/.345/.520 slash line over his last seven games.
