Hunter Goodman homers, steals base in Friday loss
by David Leisering | Rockies Correspondent | Sat, Jun 6th 7:55am EDT
Hunter Goodman went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk, a stolen base, and two runs batted in on Friday during the Rockies' 9-7, 10-inning loss to the Brewers.
Fantasy Impact:
Goodman took Brandon Sproat deep in the third inning for his 16th home run of the season - fourth-most in the National League. Goodman walked and stole his fifth base of the year in the first inning, but was left stranded, and then added a game-tying sacrifice fly in the ninth to send the game to extras. Goodman is batting .296 (8-for-27) with four home runs, nine RBI, and two stolen bases over his last seven games. He remains one of the best options at a thin catcher position in fantasy.
