Esteury Ruiz went 0-for-1 with a walk, one run scored and two stolen bases in Sunday's 4-1 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays.
Fantasy Impact:
Ruiz entered the game as a pinch hitter for Owen Caissie in the seventh inning and made an immediate impact, drawing a walk before stealing both second and third base and eventually coming around to score. He's off to a fantastic start in June, posting a .286/.583/.714 slash line with one home run and three stolen bases across 11 plate appearances. He should continue to see an increase in playing time for the foreseeable future with the way he's swinging the bat and impacting games on the basepaths.
