Paul Sewald pitched a scoreless ninth inning for his 17th save of the season on Sunday as the Diamondbacks held on for a 5-3 win in Cincinnati.

Sewald walked Matt McLain to start the ninth, but then retired the next three batters - including a strikeout of Will Benson - to earn his 17th save in 18 chances this season.
