Shota Imanaga extends winless streak to seven straight Monday

Shota Imanaga went 5.2 innings on Monday and allowed one run on five hits, walked one, and struck out three in a no-decision against the Rockies.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite the strong outing, Imanaga saw his winless streak reach seven straight starts as he has gone 0-4 since his last victory on May 7 against the Reds. After a four-start stretch that saw him allow 26 runs on 27 hits - including 12 home runs - in 21.2 innings, Imanaga seems to have righted the ship with his second consecutive solid outing. Despite only striking out three batters, Imanaga was not charged with a run until the sixth inning. He departed with the Cubs leading 1-0 and runners at first and second with two outs. However, reliever Phil Maton hit a batter to load the bases then walked in the tying run before getting out of the jam. Over his last two starts, Imanaga has given up one run on seven hits with a 10:3 K:BB ratio in 10.2 innings. He's lined up for a home start against the Blue Jays on Sunday.
