Angel Martinez (foot) has been placed on the 10-day IL ahead of Tuesday's game in Milwaukee. (Cade Cracas on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
There was some hope that Martinez might be able to avoid the IL, but that has not turned out to be the case. This is certainly a blow to the Cleveland lineup, as the 24-year-old has combined 11 homers with nine steals through 66 games this season. Petey Halpin has been recalled in a corresponding move.
