Carpenter continues a solid stretch at the plate since returning from injury, picking up hits in eight of his last 13 contests. The 28-year-old remains one of the more disappointing options in the Tigers lineup despite flashing an impactful power stroke to this point, slashing .232 with 10 home runs, 16 runs scored, and 27 RBI across 51 games.
